Vibe.fyi Receives High Commendation at the 2026 Digital Signage Awards in Barcelona

Vibe.fyi has received a High Commendation in the Omni-Channel Design and Execution category at the Digital Signage Awards 2026, recognising its work delivering a connected workplace communication strategy for Ricoh New Zealand and Australia.

The winners were announced at a gala ceremony held at Hotel Miramar, Montjuïc, Barcelona, during Integrated Systems Europe (ISE).

The Digital Signage Awards celebrate outstanding achievement in digital signage, immersive experiences, and multi-platform communication. Vibe.fyi’s recognition highlights the successful execution of an omni-channel strategy spanning Screensavers, Lock Screens, Digital Signage, and Microsoft Teams Room displays, all designed to integrate seamlessly into employees’ daily workflows.

Reimagining Workplace Communication for Ricoh

Working closely with Ricoh New Zealand and Australia, Vibe.fyi helped transform underutilised screens into high-impact communication touchpoints across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Ricoh’s objective was to improve reach and engagement at scale, addressing a core challenge shared by many organisations: key messages were not cutting through traditional channels such as email, intranets, Microsoft Teams, and static signage. The strategy focused on using existing digital surfaces that employees naturally encounter throughout the day, ensuring communication remained visible without adding distraction or fatigue.

Equally important was reducing the time and effort required by Ricoh’s internal communications team to create, manage, and maintain visually engaging content across multiple channels.

Immediate Impact and Measurable Results

The rollout of the Screensaver channel delivered immediate results, with key messages appearing on employee screens during idle moments. Internal stakeholders reported a clear uplift in engagement, improved message visibility, and stronger alignment across teams.

Ricoh’s communications team noted that engagement increased, messages were consistently seen, and outcomes could be measured more effectively. The solution also enabled Ricoh to expand its own workplace communication offering, filling a critical gap and allowing clients to enhance existing Microsoft environments rather than replace them.
