Yes we do. We have a Free plan - get started here. There is no time limit with the Free plan, but we do reserve the right to deactivate the environment if it remains inactive for longer than 12 months.

The Free plan is ideal for customers who would like to experience the Vibe environment before upgrading to one of our Paid plans. Or, have a basic digital signage or screensaver requirement, who may not see the value in having full access to our template and content library.

The Free plan includes the following:

Yes, we offer a 14-day trial for both our Pro and Enterprise plans. This gives you full access to evaluate the platform with no obligation to continue afterward.

If you choose to move forward at the end of the trial, you can seamlessly transition to one of our plans — with no lock-in contract — and continue your Proof of Concept without interruption.

Yes, as part of Vibe onboarding for our Pro and Enterprise plans. The Free plan comes with access to our Online Training Videos, or you can purchase one-on-one or group training for $250.

Should you require further training, you can leverage the Inclusive Time within the Advance Support Plan or pay for additional one-on-one or group training.

Vibe.fyi delivers three highly effective communication channels via; Digital Signage Screens, and Desktop channels, such as Screensaver, Web Browser, Lock Screen and Background Wallpaper.

The following describes the hardware & software requirements for each channel:

• Digital Signage Screens – We recommend LG Commercial Displays running System on Chip (SoC) technology, such as the UH5F series screens. SoC removes the need for physical media players, providing an extremely robust and secure digital signage network. Should you have existing digital screens, we recommend the LG WP402 physical media player which uses the same WebOS technology as the LG Commercial SoC Displays. We also offer media player software for Philips (Android) SoC and physical media player software for Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) operating systems.
  
  
• Desktop Channels – Microsoft Windows support is via our Vibe.fyi Desktop Player app. Apple Mac has native support for the screensaver and web browser channels only.
  Note: a custom MSI file can be supplied for deploying our Desktop Player software to a corporate network via your preferred deployment tool (i.e. Microsoft Intune)
  
  
• Web Browser – We support Chrome and Safari browsers via the native browser settings.

No, there is no minimum term, you can cancel your subscription at any time by giving at least 7 days' notice, prior to your next invoice renewal date.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan and add-on items within your plan by providing at least 7 days' notice, prior to your next invoice renewal date.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your support agreement by providing at least 7 days' notice, prior to your next invoice renewal date.

Within the Pro and Enterprise plans, you can add or remove digital signage licenses at any time from within the License Manager within the Admin Console.

While we would be very sad to see you go, your account owner can cancel your subscription by providing at least 7 days’ notice, prior to your next invoice renewal date. Please send your request through to support@vibe.fyi with a brief outline of your reason for cancelling.

• At the end of your subscription term, your access will be removed, your site (and any content that you have uploaded) will be deleted.
